Rules.
I will monitor your behavior as a member and a staff. I will trust all my members with what they tell me just as I will trust what you say, do NOT abuse any of the powers in which I entrust to you or you WILL BE BANNED FOR A WEEK(depending on what it was I might be more lenient or less lenient what ever your crime was)
You must be able to be fair as a Staff member(ic doesn't count unless it's godmoding or such) and not be biased. I do not want to see anyone, again, ABUSING YOUR POWERS. Just because you are a staff, doesn't mean you get special treatment, and members, just because I say I trust you, doesn't mean you can start fights. These are merely warnings, not intended to offend anyone. I just want you to know that you HAVE BEEN WARNED.
And my last rule is, you must, absolutely MUST, have fun and rp as much as possible!

Ok, so you obviously know me very well:) And let's hope you've figured out my name by now. Lol. You know I'm an awesomesauce Co-Admin on WOTW:D I've also been a moderator on two different sites, A Co-admin on my first rp site, and a Co-Admin/Graphics mod on two different sites also. I'm a good coder, decent graphics(a bit of an exaggeration), good rper, and experienced staff member.:] So yeah, im applying to be yer co-admin. |

Your name: Lupita What sites have you made/helped make?I was co-admin on Tooth and Claw mountain. I sent you the link. I found it!!! What have you done to help this site? Well so far I've advertised on 20 + boards. I submitted the site to a few search engines - so you know our site shows up higher in results. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I created an add for this site on proboards and so far it's gotten 90+ hits...so clearly it's bringing in guests. I PM-ed a few people on the proboards support page who were looking for a wolf RP, so hopeful that is helping with the members count. I've advertised on another 20 or so sites...so hopefull that will draw in some more people! support.proboards.com/index.cgi?action=display&board=pbadvertise&thread=349033&page=1ZOMG make that 100+ hits...10 more in the last minute. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Just advertised on another 25ish boards! -that was for the competition though...and I'm not that fussed if I place in it or not...I'll still advertise...whether or not there was is a competition! I've added the site to 16 more search engines under tags like - wolf RPG - Proboards - Wolves - Wolf role playing...ect. ect. I signed the site up to be featured on proboards. I don't actually think we'll make it coz there were a 100 other people who all added their site for a featured forum...but meh, you have got to be in it to win it! Oh! I know! I wrote the add! So yay for me and my uber creativeness! What else... That's about it unless you want me to go on about how I'd help this site if I was co-admin. You know...like up-dating the wolves count...seeing as you keep forgetting  What are your ideas for a position as staff? co-admin MODIFIED - AGAIN

A few tips:
Making things easier on me and you will give you more of a pull towards winning-such as making sure all your coding works properly or simply modifying your post, I absolutely hate double posters and the least posts to OOC threads the better-
Advertising, I LOOOOVE people who advertise-kudos to Lupita! I love you for that and I think I might be making you Co-Admin if I make anyone a Co-Admin because you seemed to think of it first-
Guests, from getting guests to join or even just to simply look at the site or tell their buddies about it, I like this, not quite as strong as Advertising, but it's still an option if you're lazy-this doesn't mean spam every chat box you see, I like us to be presentable and well mannered.
As an Admin of TWCH(or the whitch is what I keep calling it lol) you must be able to say NO to anyone, and still be assertive if not a little passive about it. If the person ignore you at first you have my 'blessing' to get aggressive about this. But I don't want to see anyone cursing while handling a situation. I just hate it. Just be calm and Say something along the lines of 'Jason cut this out or I swear(that word is allowed) I will ban you. Now cut. it. out'
I love staff who make new members happy, I would like to see everyone trying to rp with new members, this makes your Admin very happy. C: I prefer this over advertising because this creates a healthy rping atmosphere and a healthy rpg is a happy one, and a happy one is an active one!

Following orders. I really have a little thing with ocd about being a little controlling, so it will take me a while to assimilate to being helped by staff. I would greatly appreciate a little communication before anyone decides to do anything. First we will talk about this among ourselves, then if we all seem to agree-I go by majority- then we will talk to our members about what ever changes it is, unless it is something small like a new skin.
While we're on it, SKINS. I HATE FIFTY SKINS! Ugh I hate this SOOOOO much! I only want to see one skin and maybe, MAYBE two. I like to keep everyone on the same skin, I do understand holidays and decoration, so I will allow for two skins when it comes to holidays.
(No one make a skin without my agreement)
Co-Admins, don't just go off and tell people what to do without my agreement, another pet peeve. So, this means leave the Artsy stuff to the graphic mods or me, the coding can be either Graphic mods, Moderators, Co-Admins, but don't stick something on there if it messes with another code already on here, and make sure you take it off as soon as it messes anything up and just pm it to me or one of the graphics to help you. I also like organization in my headers/footers and would like to leave large spaces between my codes to find them easier. I believe this is it.

No no one has been accepted not yet. I'm waiting for people to rp to see. I'm not going to jump the gun with this cause I don't want to 'hire' someone and feel as if I placed them in a wrong category. Of course I know you guys, but I want to give other members-when we get new ones- a chance, which is why I stuck those tips up.

What sites have you made/helped make?WotW, I made my own but everyone abondoned me in the middle of creation and bleh. I worked on the original Avidgamers sites making skins. Of course all of Avidgamers shut down a very long time ago. I helped create three other proboards sites however sometimes admins like to sabotage their sites and stick it in maintenance mode and never come back for some reason. I actually found one of the admins on her new site and helped her again with it and she did the same thing. I have repeatedly e-mailed the members of all the sites I worked on asking them to come back but no one ever shows up. =[ If you'd like the links of my sadly dead sites I can provide them. One of them is in really bad shape though because the admin deleted all the images.
What have you done to help this site? I've actually been working on getting my character set up but I have advertised on a few sites.[Meaning like two or three. xD]
What are your ideas for a position as staff? I do not mind I just like to help, I don't really go and mess with codes on my own. I wait to be asked to do things that way I don't make anyone upset or ruin plans. I occasionally suggest codes that i like or think are cool. I try my best to do anything I'm asked to do,I suck at advertising as my interwebz is rather.. Bleh currently. I'm sure you've seen me complaining. Mostly I will/ can do whatever needs to be done.
