History
Shadow was born to a pair of alphas that lived in a peaceful little
forest territory and never had a care in the world and lived happily ever after. Yeah right, she wishes. She was accually born into a rogue band, and had to fight for survival from the very beginning. She was born with two brothers, one white and one gray. At first, none of them had names, because a custom of their gang said they would earn a name later in life. Her brothers started out as best friends, and became very popular, but Shadow proved to be quite the oppisite. She, though pretty in her pitch-black pelt, kept away from the other wolves, and made no friends, even as a pup, standing and watching from afar. She did this everyday, watching everyone, and storing everything she saw away in her memory. She practiced all the fighting and hunting moves that she saw during the day at night, where none could see. She became and accomplished fighter, warping moves the others used to fit her strengths and weaknesses.
Then came the Day of Naming. She and her brothers where appointed names that the gang thought best discribed them. Her white brother became Day of Snow, her gray brother Rain of Ashes, and she was called Silent Watcher. All went well, untill a pack came, and tried to take over the gang. They all fought, but Shadow made the most impact. She outright callanged the Alpha of the pack, confident she could beat him. And when she attacked, a shadow covered the world behind her, and she ripped open the throat of the stunned alpha. The pack ran in terror of what they had just seen, and her gang cowered in fear. She then desided to go where she could find a home that no one feared her, but not before the leader of their gang gave her thanks for saving their gang. He named her Shadow of the New Moon, because she supposably brought the new moon to cover the sun.
